Etsuo Ishikawa earned his J.D. degree from the University of Mogi das Cruzes in 1985, and has been based in Japan since 1989. Mr. Ishikawa is a lawyer in Japan as specialist in international law, under the approval of both the Ministry of Justice and the Bar Association of Japan.
He holds a post-graduation degree in Business Law from FGV-RJ, MBA in Brazilian Economy at FEA-USP and MBA in Agribusiness Specialist from Esalq USP.

Fabrício Palácios Leite Togashi earned his J.D. degree from the United Metropolitan Universities of São Paulo (FMU) in 2002, and holds a post-graduate degree in Labor Law from Escola Paulista de Direito Social and in Civil Procedural Law from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC).
